Tanzania Institute of Accountancy (TIA) conducted a three – day training on project management, leadership, and financial accountability for 11 staff members from Kibondo Folk Development College (FDC)
Speaking during the opening session, Dr. Beatrice Mkunde, Head of the TIA CB, emphasized the national importance of building capacity in these areas. She noted that strong leadership, sound project management, and financial accountability are essential pillars for improving public service delivery and driving sustainable development across Tanzania.

The training aimed to equip participants with practical tools to manage projects efficiently,lead teams strategically, and uphold integrity in financial management. By the end of the three-day training, attendees reported increased confidence and readiness to apply what they had learned to improve performance at their institution.
