 AIM OF THE PROGRAMME DEVELOPMENT
The aim of developing Master of Science curriculum in Human Resource Management with Information Technology is to supply the current and future labour market with adequately and high trained professional human resource management personnel who will work efficiently and effectively in both public and private sectors on the economy issues of the economy on Human Resource Management using powerful technology offered tools. The Master of Science Curriculum in Human Resource Management with Information Technology will prepare learners for a more specialized career in Human Resource management, or to provide a learning pathway for those wishing to proceed to higher levels of human resource management study

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
The Master in Human Resource Management with Information Technology is open to holders of either of the following qualifications:
- Bachelor degree (NTA Level 8) or Advanced Diploma with at least Lower Second Class in Human Resource Management and any other business related studies from any recognized University OR
- Bachelor degree (NTA Level 8), or Advanced Diploma with at least a Pass class in Human Resource Management and any business related studies from any recognized University and with at least three years of work experience and Holds a Postgraduate diploma in Human Resource Management or any other related studies from any recognized University.
