The Human Resource Management and Administration is led by a Manager who reports to the Director of Human Resource Management and Administration. They attract and select qualified candidates, maintain positive employee relations, and facilitate learning opportunities for staff. The department also evaluates employee performance, administers fair compensation packages, and provides administrative assistance.
