THE HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION

 The Human Resource Management and Administration is led by a Manager who reports to the Director of Human Resource Management and Administration. The Human Resource Management and Administration department at TIA handles essential functions such as recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and administrative support. They attract and select qualified candidates, maintain positive employee relations, and facilitate learning opportunities for staff. The department also evaluates employee performance, administers fair compensation packages, and provides administrative assistance. By fulfilling these responsibilities, the HR department at TIA effectively manages human resources and supports the institute’s mission and objectives.
