Procurement and logistics management is a new and upcoming growing discipline which has received a worldwide attention for the growth of economy. Despite the importance of this discipline, its benefits are not well reaped due to a number of challenges including corruption, poor supervision of projects, lack of qualified procurement professionals, costs fluctuations and needlessly long procurement processes which causes huge losses of money to the public and private institutions.
 TIA research agenda on Procurement and logistics managementaims at addressing the pinpointed challenges through scholarly academic research undertakings in the areas of logistics management, legal and regulatory framework of the actors of supply chain management in developing countries, public private partnership, role of Corporate Social Responsibility in Supply Chain Management, Force account, and the role of Community in Public Procurement Performance, e-procurement and supply chain management.
