PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT UNIT

The Planning and Development Unit is led by the Director who reports to the Deputy Rector for Planning Finance and Administration (DR PFA). The unit plays a crucial role in supporting the institute’s mission and vision. It provides guidance and direction for achieving strategic goals through short-term, medium-term, and long-term planning. The unit is responsible for preparing the institute’s business plan, strategic plan, and periodic review. Additionally, it conducts evaluations of projects and prepares project proposals to secure government and donor support for the institute’s development. The unit is led by the Director of Planning and Development and reports to the Deputy Rector for Finance, Planning, and Administration.
