Objectives

To produce the most qualified and entrepreneurial graduates in accounting, procurement and logistics, human resources, business administration, marketing and public relations, public sector accounting, public service management, and allied sciences.

To conduct research and provide consulting services in accounting, procurement and logistics, marketing and public relations, human resources, business administration and management, and related fields of science.

To organize and lead conferences, meetings, seminars, and workshops on a myriad of accounting, procurement, and logistics-related topics, human resources, business administration, marketing and public relations.

To collect, store, and disseminate information to all stakeholders in the United Republic of Tanzania and beyond about accounting, procurement and logistics, marketing and public relations, human resources, business administration, and management.

To pursue the integration of theory and practice by implementing problem-solving innovations and ideas relevant to the daily activities of the people of the United Republic of Tanzania and the world.

To develop, test, and promote innovative business approaches and models for Tanzania and the rest of the world.

To facilitate the connection of small, medium, and prominent entrepreneurs and TIA Alumni by sharing a common understanding of the business environment.

To collaborate with Government, non-governmental, and international organizations on training, research, and consulting issues.

To serve as a think tank and advisor to the Government on social and economic issues.
