Objective of the Programme
The Master of Business Administration in Project Management degree programme is crafted to equip Managers with mastery-level skills and a deep understanding of the latest advancements in people-centered Business and Project Management. It encompasses modules from various disciplines, including modern Management, Accounting, Finance Marketing, Psychology, economics, and other relevant disciplines, to enable students to navigate through the complexities of the business environment and emerging technologies.
Overall, the program aims to cultivate a multidisciplinary skill set among managers, empowering them to effectively thrive and succeed in diverse workplace settings as self-employed or impactful business and Project Managers. It equips students with the necessary tools and knowledge to excel as business leaders and project managers.
Admission Requirements
To be eligible for the Master’s degree program in Business Administration in Project Management at the Tanzania Institute of Accountancy, candidates must meet at least one of the following minimum qualification requirements approved by NACTE/TCU:
- Bachelor’s degree (NTA Level 8) or Advanced Diploma with a minimum GPA of 2.7 in Business Administration, Project Management, Participatory Project Planning & Management, Rural Development, or any other business-related field from a recognized university.
- Postgraduate Diploma or equivalent with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or B grade in Business Administration, Project Management, Participatory Project Planning & Management, Rural Development, or any other business-related field, along with a minimum of three years of experience in a relevant field of study.
- Professional training qualification with additional relevant training, evidence of research capability, and relevant working experience in Business Administration, Project Management, Participatory Project Planning & Management, Rural Development, or any other business-related field.
