 The objective of the Programme
The Master in Human Resource Management with Information Technology degree programme is designed to meet the current and future demands of the labor market by producing highly skilled and competent professionals in the field of Human Resource Management. Admission Requirements
To be eligible for admission into the Master in Human Resource Management with Information Technology degree programme, applicants must meet one of the following qualification requirements as provided by NACTE and TCU guidelines:
Bachelor degree (NTA Level 8) or Advanced Diploma with a minimum GPA of 2.7 in Human Resource Management or other business-related studies from any recognized Higher Learning Institution/ University OR
- Postgraduate Diploma or equivalent with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or B grade in Human Resource Management or any business-related studies from a recognized Higher Learning Institution n(HLI) or university and at least three years of experience.
- Professional training qualification with additional relevant training, evidence of research capability, and relevant working experience in Human Resource Management or any business-related studies
These admission requirements ensure that applicants have a solid educational foundation in Human Resource Management or related fields, or a combination of work experience and postgraduate studies to demonstrate their competence and commitment to the field.
