FINANCE AND ACCOUNTS
In supporting and implementing the Institutes Mission and Visions to achieve its goals the Finance and Accounts Department works as a tool to provide expertise on all strategic financial matters relating to finance and accounts.
The Finance and Accounts Department is one of the non-academics Department in the Institute. It operates under the Office of Deputy Rector – Planning, Finance and Administration (DR-PFA). Its principally deals with Accounting and Financial Management.
The Department has three main parts. These parts are Finance, Final Accounts and loan office. The Finance part is comprised of two sections namely Revenue and Expenditure. On the other hand, The Final Accounts part is dedicated to perform some functions. The functions are preparations of Bank Reconciliation; Fixed Asset Register and also preparation of financial reports. The loan office is for HESLB beneficiaries only.
The Finance and Accounts department is headed by Manager Finance and Account.
