Tanzania Institute of Accountancy (TIA is a government training institution under the Ministry of Finance and Planning that provides Quality Business Education, Research and Consultancy services in the business related disciplines.
TIA is pleased to announce the call for papers for the 1st International conference on Business Management and Economic Development.
The aim of the conference is to provide a platform for capacity building and networking among researchers, practitioners and policy makers in Africa and fostering economic development through creativity, innovation and investment.
THE CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD AT ACADEMIC BUILDING-TIA DAR ES SALAAM ON 29th -30th NOVEMBER 2022
THEME: CREATIVITY, INNOVATION AND INVESTMENT FOR ECONOMIC SUSTAINABILITY
SUB-THEMES: The conference welcomes abstract submissions in any area(s) of business including, but not limited to:
- Entrepreneurship and Innovation
- Investment and Financial markets
- Small businesses management and creativity
- Block chain and crypto assets (i.e. exchange tokens, security tokens and utility tokens)
- Blue economy

- Value chain
- Leadership and governance

Submission of Abstract: 30th July 2022
Notification of Abstract acceptance: 15th August 2022
Submission of full paper: 30th September 2022
Notification of Reviewers’ comments: 15th October 2022
Submission of Revised papers: 15th November 2022
Conference date: 29th -30th November 2022
The abstract should not be more than 300 words including names of author(s), affiliations, and contact addresses. Presentation type could be in the form of papers, posters or case study.
The full paper should not exceed 6000 words, and be structured with introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion and Conclusion.

Submission of abstracts between 30th July 2022 to 10th August 2022 will be regarded as late submission, and will be charged Tshs. 200,000
Accepted papers will be published as special issue in the African Journal of Accounting and Social Science Studies-AJASSS
