In supporting and implementing the institute Vision and Mission statements, the Legal Services Unit (LSU) do various legal issues involving the institute. The LSU Provide legal advice on all legal aspects in the institute daily operations on various legal aspects, the LSU draft and vet all Contract and Memorandum of Understanding which the institute is involved, further the LSU represent the institute in the court of law. Also in making sure that the institute operations are moving on highly standard the LSU do review, amend and establish the institute Governing Policies, Guidelines, Rules and Regulation. Also the LSU liaise with the Attorney General’s office in all matters pertaining to legal issues.

The LSU is lead by Head of Unit and reports to the Chief Executive officer.
