Research Areas:

Grooming Young Entrepreneurs for Individual and National Economic Growth: This research area focuses on identifying strategies to groom and support young entrepreneurs, enabling them to make substantial contributions to the economic growth of individuals and the nation as a whole. It explores effective entrepreneurial education, mentorship programs, and initiatives to promote entrepreneurial mindset and skills among the youth.
  2. Employment Creation and Poverty Reduction in Urban and Rural Areas: This research area examines the role of entrepreneurship and small businesses in creating employment opportunities and reducing poverty in both urban and rural areas. It investigates the socio-economic impact of small business development, including job creation, income generation, and poverty alleviation.
  3. Microfinance Management, Interest Rates, and Taxation: Research and capacity building in this area focuses on microfinance management, including understanding and improving interest rates, taxation policies, and financial regulations relevant to small businesses. It aims to identify strategies to enhance access to microfinance services, promote financial inclusion, and support the growth of small enterprises.
  4. Business Start-ups, Opportunity Identification, and Exploitation: This research area explores the process of business start-ups, including the identification and exploitation of entrepreneurial opportunities. It investigates factors that contribute to successful business start-ups, such as market research, innovation, business planning, and access to resources and networks.

Technological Factors Affecting Smallholder Farmers’ Agricultural Productivity in Tanzania: This research area focuses on the impact of technological factors on agricultural productivity among smallholder farmers. It explores the adoption and effective utilization of agricultural technologies, digital tools, and innovation in farming practices to improve productivity, efficiency, and sustainability.

Entrepreneurship and Contemporary Issues for Economic Development in Tanzania: This research area examines contemporary issues and challenges related to entrepreneurship and their implications for the economic development of Tanzania.
