THE EXPENDITURE AND FINAL ACCOUNT

The Expenditure and Final Account sub-unit is led by the Head who reports to the Director of Accounting and Finance, controls expenditures, prepares statutory deductions, manages bank transactions, maintains accounting documents and registers, manages bank accounts, prepares debtors and creditors schedules, verifies invoices, processes salary payments, authorizes payments, addresses audit queries, and prepares and submits final accounts in a timely manner. The unit ensures effective financial management and adherence to regulations and guidelines at the institute.

This Unit is led by the Director of Finance and Accounts and reports to the Depute Rector – Finance Planning and Administration
