Tanzania Institute of Accountancy (TIA) strategically designs research themes to address business development needs and contribute to the national and global development agenda through applied research. TIA’s research aligns with the Tanzania National Development Agenda 2025, aiming to foster a skilled workforce for a middle-income economy. TIA’s research themes also adhere to regional and global frameworks, including the Africa Development Agenda of 2063 and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG 2030). TIA actively recognizes and contributes to the transformative role of Higher Learning Institutions (HLIs) in societal and economic development.
