DIRECTORATE OF HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION

The Directorate of Human Resource Management and Administration at the Tanzania Institute of Accountancy (TIA) is responsible for overseeing various aspects of human and non-human resource management including estate management. The Directorate is led by the Director of Human Resource Management and Administration who reports to the Deputy Rector for Planning, Finance and Administration (DR PFA). Key responsibilities of the directorate include but are not limited to: Overseeing policy development, HR audits and skills inventory, budgeting, and reporting, staff discipline and ethics promotion, coordination of workers’ council and trade union affairs, registry and protocol services, contract and lease management, asset safety and maintenance, overseeing private sector participation and business processes, infrastructure management, and procurement advisory services.
